Helped to Brighten the Day
“The United Artist Council would like to thank you for performing… The music in your performance was exciting and fun and your energy level helped to brighten the day for all of those who attended. Your fifty minute performance of classical and jazz music on the guitar sparked much interest in the community. Several people have come into our office and commented on your splendid presentation.
I would also like to thank you for your cooperation with our organization. We were grateful at how well you handled the specifics of the contract. You returned it promptly and were on time for your performance.”
Unique Touch to Our Celebration
“Robert was so accommodating and patient with the many volunteers involved in planning this special evening at our church. Our committee was so pleased that he was able to be with us. It really added a unique touch to our celebration. Robert played the many Marian songs that we requested so beautifully. We would love to welcome him back to our church again and again!”
Researched & Played Special Tunes
“Bob provided background fiddling music for the Norwegian Sons of Norway, Lansing Lodge. It was a dinner party of 40 people, celebrating its 45th Anniversary. Bob researched and played special tunes for us, while friends were being made, and friendships were being renewed. His performance was a perfect addition to our celebration.”
Amazingly Broad Repertoire
“There aren’t enough superlatives to describe the music experience Robert provided for our event. He has an amazingly broad repertoire, playing everything from classical to jazz both before the event, as guests were arriving, and throughout the reception. He even put together a terrific solo blues version of Amazing Grace for the “ceremony”, and on very short notice.
He was totally professional from beginning to end, very responsive to questions and requests, and an all-around pleasure to be with. Terrific musician and wonderful person. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.”
Enjoyed By All
“We used Robert’s services for my Mom’s 95th birthday party, to provide Irish fiddle music for the festivities. He was easy to work with; prompt to respond to communication and questions; His music was enjoyed by all.”
Appropriate…Beautifully Put-Together
“Very professional and great music. We contacted Robert on a Saturday about performing at a funeral/memorial service for our grandmother on the following day (Sunday). Robert was very communicative, took suggestions for the event, and came early to work with the minister on hymns for the service. His music was appropriate for the service and beautifully put-together. We would recommend him again.”
Consummate Professional
“Robert arrived well ahead of time. Many of my guests commented on how well he played. I personally found Robert to be a consummate professional and very easy with which to work. He was timely and prompt on both email and phone calls, which made it easy to work out the particulars of the event. I WILL use him again at my first opportunity to do so.”
