  1. What’s your DJ style?
Our DJs are highly adaptable to the vibe you want for your wedding. We specialize in reading the room and blending genres seamlessly to create a fun, high-energy experience while keeping things classy. Whether you want a chill cocktail vibe, a romantic dinner mood, or a packed dance floor, we tailor the music to fit.
  2. What do you need the planner to provide?
Just a timeline and layout of the venue is perfect. If there are any key announcements or moments (toasts, grand entrance, etc.), We’d need those noted. We handle the rest and can coordinate directly with your planner so you don’t have to worry.
  3. What are your meal requirements?
No dietary restrictions. If a vendor meal is provided, it’s appreciated but not required.
  4. Can I have a sample of how you mix transitions from song to song?
Absolutely! We can send you a short, live-recorded sample of our mixing style. Just let us know what genre you’d like to hear (Top 40, classics, hip-hop, etc.).
  5. What happens if you are unable to make it on the wedding day?
We have a strong team of vetted, professional DJs on our team. In the extremely rare event your DJ is unavailable, I guarantee you’ll have a DJ of equal caliber with your timeline, music, and details fully ready to go.
  6. Do you take requests from the guests?
Yes, We’re happy to take guest requests….as long as they fit the vibe and don’t go against your “do not play” list. Your preferences always come first. You have the ultimate say in whether or not we accept requests.
  7. Are you also an MC?
Yes, we provide professional MC services, making key announcements and keeping the evening flowing smoothly, without being overbearing or cheesy.
  8. How will you get people dancing?
By reading the crowd, building energy gradually, and mixing familiar songs with unexpected favorites. We also welcome input from you on must-plays and family traditions, and we’re great at adjusting on the fly to keep the floor full. This is what separates us from the typical DJ company.
  9. Will you improvise or is it a set playlist?
It’s a flexible plan. We work with your must-plays, do-not-plays, and general musical direction…but we never just hit play on a premade list. Every wedding our team does is different from the next.
  10. What are the logistics involved in working with you for providing sound throughout the day?
We can provide sound for your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. That typically involves different setups or speaker placements depending on your venue layout.
  11. What happens if something goes wrong?
We always have backup gear and have contingency plans in place. We always have extra cables, speakers, and even a backup music source. We DJ hundreds of events annually and come prepared for just about anything.
  12. My wedding does not have a ‘high ceiling’. While I want my guests to hear the music, I also don’t want the sound to be so loud that it hurts peoples’ ears.
That’s totally doable. We’ll bring the right speaker setup and adjust levels to suit the space. We also do sound checks before guests arrive to make sure it’s clear, balanced, and never overpowering. This is important to us. Sound quality plays a huge role in keeping the dance floor filled.
  13. Our vendors can arrive beginning at 12 noon. What time would you be available to set up your equipment?
We typically arrive 2–3 hours before guest arrival. If music is starting at 5 pm, we would plan to be onsite by 1:30–2:00 pm to allow ample time for setup, testing, and coordination.
  14. Our cocktail hour begins at 5 pm, dinner at 6 pm. What time would your services begin and do you provide music through the cocktail hour/dinner?
Yes, we provide music through cocktail hour and dinner. We typically begin background music 15–30 minutes before cocktail hour begins to set the tone as guests arrive.
  15. How many breaks will there be throughout the night and how/what music will be played while you are taking a break?
Break? You might see us run to the bathroom after we start a song or maybe to grab a soda or water from the bar. You won’t ever catch us taking a break. The wedding day goes by fast; we want to give you as much time on the dance floor as possible. Absolutely zero breaks.
  16. Do you provide audio equipment (microphone), back/uplighting?
We provide wireless microphones for your ceremony and speeches, along with dance floor lighting and uplighting for ambiance. We can customize the lighting to match your color scheme or desired aesthetic. You can have an easy and modern setup, or we can bring in a large production with stage and lighting. Whatever you envision, we can make a reality.
